Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage. This is my signature massage and what most patients will receive. The base is mostly Swedish, but after almost 30 years of experience I like the body to tell me what it needs, and I will work many other techniques that I have learned over the years to customize your massage. I like to work as deeply as the body will allow without causing pain. My goal is to make positive and healthy changes to the soft tissues. I also incorporate hot stones into the massage for your pleasure.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.
Access Therapy
Renew your health! Access Therapy uses a sound device to identify the prominent tensions in the body. Once identified we use hands-on, gentle bodywork to release the tensions. Great for chronic pain!
Onsite Chair Massage
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Chair Massage
Chair Massage can also be done in my office. Leave your clothes on for a quick pick-me-up! Head, neck, shoulders, arms, and back is addressed.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.
Medicinal Cannabis Oil Massage
This is usually a therapeutic massage (see therapeutic massage) using the medicinal cannabis infused oils. This is generally for those with chronic pain or skin conditions, who are 18 years of age or older. The increased cost is only due to the high cost of the oils. $40 can be added to any service for the use of the medicinal cannabis infused oils.
